Romantic, Relaxed and Joyful
Sam and Ben’s wedding in the Perth Hills was truly special. When I spoke to them on the phone, they said they wanted the atmosphere to be casual, laid-back, and full of joy. Ben actually didn’t want a wedding photographer but was persuaded by Sam. I listen to what they wanted and understood their vision and direction for the day.
They really wanted to enjoy the moment and not worry about having a camera interfere with a great time. This is what I understand the most because many couples regret not spending enough time with family and friends. By understanding their vision made the day incredible for them and highlighted the joy of everyone having a great time.
They chose to have their wedding photos taken at Araluen Botanical Gardens. The gardens were full of colours and life, and it felt like the perfect place for their love story to be captured. Everywhere you looked, there were beautiful flowers and lush greenery. It was definitely what made every photo look amazing.
After the garden photos, we headed to Seven Sins Restaurant for the reception. The place had such a relaxed and fun atmosphere. It was just what Sam and Ben wanted—a space where everyone could unwind and enjoy the moment. The laughter and conversations flowed as everyone mingled and shared in the couple’s happiness.
Araluen Botanical Gardens
Araluen Botanical Gardens was a dreamy spot for Sam and Ben’s wedding pictures. The place is absolutely stunning, with vibrant flowers and lush greenery everywhere you look. The roses were in full bloom, and they added such a lovely touch to the pictures.
The best part about Araluen Botanical Gardens is the area. It’s so spacious, which made everything so much easier. Even the limo had plenty of space to turn around. No one had to stress about getting in and out, and we could all just focus on the moment and the time we had.
Every corner of the garden was picture-perfect. The different sections, from the rose gardens to the large pine tree, provided so many beautiful shots.
The natural beauty of the place made everyone feel relaxed. It was a perfect setting for a Perth Hill Wedding. The colours, the smells, and the sounds all blended together to create an amazing experience.
Seven Sins Restaurant
After the photos, we headed to Seven Sins Restaurant. This place was ideal for the reception. Sam and Ben wanted a laid-back vibe, and they got it. Everyone felt so at ease and joyful. The atmosphere was just right.
The staff members were fantastic. They assisted with everything, always smiling and ensuring we were fine. It made the whole evening smooth and worry-free. You could tell they were dedicated to making their night special.
As the sun set and the light was magical, I took some stunning photos of everyone. You can gaze over at the Valley. The large rock held significant meaning for them, and they have sat there watching the sunset many times before.
For anyone thinking about a Perth Hill Wedding, this spot is a must. It’s all about outdoor good vibes, great food, and wonderful memories. I couldn’t think of a better place to celebrate love and happiness while watching the sun set. Sam and Ben’s wedding was absolutely beautiful, and I’m so glad I got to be part of it.
Hiring a Professional Photographer
I’m a Fine Art Wedding Photographer based in Perth but travel all over Australia with my film photography. I blend the best of both worlds. Film for its timeless, romantic quality that helps you stay in the moment with its slower process and digital for its convenience in the fast-paced wedding situations.
When I listen to my couples’ vision, they don’t have to pay for things they don’t want or extra time. So, how much does a wedding photographer in Perth cost, you might be wondering. When you work with me, I listen to your vision and help you understand what coverage is necessary to give you memories of the best day ever.
